Had the best time chilling in such a lekker room with a four-poster bed and a proper huge bathroom! The detail they put into everything is just wow. The staff made me feel right at home, so friendly and attentive, really top-notch service!

The shower water pressure could've been better, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all.

The room was large and comfortable, featuring amenities like a minibar and spacious bathroom. Service throughout the stay was exceptional, highlighting the team's friendly and professional approach. The dining experience was particularly enjoyable, with a well-prepared dinner and thoughtful take-out breakfast. the location of my room was absolutely terrible, right outside the kitchen. I couldn’t escape the staff noises, it was like living in a beehive. I had to keep asking for dirty cups to be changed, which is just absurd. they probably think I enjoy filth. also, the shower woudl ve been a joke for a 5-star hotel, ugh!

Though a bit of updating is needed in the general areas, it didn't detract from our overall experience. The drive to the hotel was a surprising transition from the street outside, yet it was a hidden gem once inside.

after staying in the city before, my time at hacklewood hill was a lovely surprise. the attention to detail and absolutely delicious dinner exceeded my expectations. the spacious luxury double room made my stay even more enjoyable.
